I don't think the Hidden Star Village will be in it, lol.

I don't know what villages will be in it, except for the 5 most known villages.

Leaf, Sand, Mist, Sound, Rock.

All other not so popular villages may be added, however i'm not sure if there will be a player population in them. It might just be a place to do missions involving that village and the filler arc from the anime.

plus, we dont know many clans and jutsu's from those minor villages.. well, i dont :P

There don't need to be clans from that village, although there are jutsu from the star village which are known. And if I disperse clans throughout every village, then the clan issue wouldn't be existent.

It makes sense to just have the most popular but I think as more and more players join you should add a village every once in a while to spread out the players.

Spreading out players won't be problem, because I doubt we'll ever have 500 players.

100 per village would be great. Lol

oh yhif like mist infiltrates sand and sucessfully does it will they be able to rob banks or treasury

I'm not sure about the rewards atm. If it's possible to code, i'd like to give the invaders, if successful, about 500 ryo per player. ( That's going to be a pretty decent amount in this game since 20 ryo could get you a get pair of pants and 50 could get you a nice shirt ;D not to mention, no ninja in Naruto is really what you would call "Rich" missions only give little ryo and exp. like 5-10 ryo per mission, depending on the rank. S would probably give around 35 ryo.)
