That whole stun thing probably won't work out.
What I was saying, that even though sharingan doesn't use very much chakra at all in the real series, it will use a bit more in the game.
We don't want people just walking around with sharingan activated the whole time.
Initially, there might be a chakra cap, but this is still undecided.
However, it's not gonna be like draining 1 chakra point per minute.
it's gonna be like... 1 point per second.
So if you have maybe 200 chakra, well you had better use it wisely for now.
you can still increase your chakra reserves, but we're still coming up with ways to do this instead of standing on water and meditating and stupid stuff like that.
so let's say that you've played for a couple more days since then. Your chakra is now at like ... 475 and you've unlocked your 2 tomoe sharingan,
this would use up like 2 chakra points per second. This way, it's twice the amount of the normal sharingan, but since you have more chakra, it's not really taking a whole lot out of you.
about 3 days later, you've got 1,000 chakra points and 3 tomoe sharingan.
well this might drain 3-5 chakra points per second. Just to make it so you won't want to just keep it on, since it would slowly deplete your chakra.
also, maybe there will be an initial chakra cost to activate it. Like when you first turn your sharingans on, it would take 50 chakra, then from there the chakra over time sorta thing would kick in.
but those are just ideas.
also tomoe 1 sharingan will improve your ability to hit pass blocks by about 5% and increase speed by 2%
tomoe 2 will improve hit rate by 7% ninjutsu strength will increase a little more, and speed will increase to about 5%
also block rate is increased by 5%
tomoe 3 will give you a 10% hit rate bonus, ninjutsu strength upgraded by 5% its original power, and speed by 5%(Stays
the same since it doesn't actually award speed in the series, but we have to make
it seem like you're faster since we can't
just slow everyone else down.).And block rate increased by 7%
Tomoe 1 will have no real special abilities.
Tomoe 2 will have an ability to help you break a genjutsu.
Tomoe 3 you will be able to cast a sharingan stun technique/genjutsu.
it will have a range of around 10 tiles.
and will last about 3-5 seconds on the opponent. there WILL be a cool down for this, possibly 20-30 seconds.
for mangekyou, this is still undecided!
i'll think on it a bit more. but all things are subject to change given they make sense. And you state a reason for it.
