Suggestion - Pets?

Kinda like how Kiba always has Akamaru. The pet can aid in combat and, with it out, you can use new jutsu.

Good idea. Were still trying to add a real pet system. For now its pretty much an item then walks and fights with you. But isnt a character on its own.

Its a gaming program tool and website that helps make rather simplistic games, but they have variety and good ideas.

The only way you could add this idea AND make it work, would be to exclude the clans thing entirely. Not all clans operate via the use of familiars, meaning, unless you wish to join that clan, the pets thing would be impossible. It's a dubious subject that requires a lot of thought before it is used Oturan.

Inuzuka & a Puppeteer would be the only thing I'd see that could have any sort of a 'familiar' back in the day (on BYOND) *Naruto Online* did the Inuzuka very well, too bad that kid smashed that game.

Naruto: BotLS did the pet/puppet system very well. The puppet could be put up in your backpack and the dog could run away if you ran too far from it.

i dont think pets would be wise unless you wont be able to use them in a pvp match cause whats a charater with a pet useless no skills the pet does pretty much all the work a true player does all the work on his own build his self up threw the game with hard work not some aid from a pet

If so, I don't really like that cause your character should be unique and changing hair ever 5 min makes it less personal.

I agree, with both Scipio and Dawn. Evryone being able to have a Familiar? AND adding Clans to the Mix?....It would be hard to justify adding Clan only Familiars but still allowing everyone to have a stat excelling familiar at the same time.

Same time, If you want hair changed, have a Barbers in each Village. Or buy some of that Manga Hair Gel from one of the shops in game (Yes, I am inventive). Money would be required to use the likely first plan or the far fetched second plan.

If you planned to add pets/familiars! I would have to advise you to scrap plans for clans.

I like the idea of familiers for Kiba and Puppeteers and I love clans but If you can't figure out how to implement them both I'd say have clans.

Familiars for the Inuzuka and Puppeteer Clans are fine, they are clan traits.....But you can not have people from other clans excelling specific stats because they too have been allowed to have familiars.....It makes both the specified clans above insubordinate.

Yea i prefer clans over pets. Clans give more diverse customizing in the game. Being able to train in that specific area of skill. While pets only give you a partner fighting next to you (basically an item).

So I think clans is the way to go. Puppets could be a sort of summoning then a pet.

Makes sense that puppets are like summons since using a puppet costs chakra.
