OA Character Update: Sasuke Uchiha

Sasuke is looking pretty poweful, so when the sharingan is activated your oponent has their speed cut down by half?

Yea pretty much. So if your speed is 10, you will be reduced to 5. But that sounds a little to overpowered. It would take a lot of chakra/sec, and only last a certain time maybe.

Game still needs alot of balance changes though. Right now its just descriptions. We'll test, and iron it on during testing

Yeah thats really the best thing to do, you never how something is going to work unless you've tested it.

yea. So ill just throw in some basic stats for each jutsu, and move it up or down by balance

Yea sasuke is gonna be a power house. Wait till you see his unlockable jutsu. Like chidori, Chidori nagashi, fire ball jutsu, and mangekyo.
