Suggestion - Seal Accuracy

I think that we have to have Seal Accuracy so that sometimes your jutsu can fail until you use it alot so you have to practice with the justsu often, and they should be individual seal acc stats for each jutsu so people cant sit there doing Henge until they get their accuracy up then be able to do Chidori on the first try.

When you learn the jutsu it should start at 2% and everytime you use it and it fails, no growth but everytime you use it succesfully give em 0.3% or something, I don't know if the .3% seems fair to you guys.

I love the accuracy idea. Having to accurately target or hit a combination of keys in quick succession correctly would add yet another challenge and, in its way, a puzzle solving alternative. I like.

I think i've seen this idea before but in a different context. I think it's a really good idea because it makes it seem even more like you're learning a jutsu, rather than buy a scroll, read it, master the jutsu, good work!
